  • Where is the Mailbox, Post Office, Fed Ex & UPS locations

    The post office mailbox is located at the front of the property by the end of Building #5. 

    The U.S. Post Office is in Sandston, 2.7 miles from BYRD CENTER. 40 W E Williamsburg Rd, Sandston, VA 23150

    The Fed Ex and UPS boxes are in front of The Boardwalk Café’ in Building #2, pick-up times vary.

  • How to order trash containers?

    Individual waste containers can be ordered through a licensed supplier or through BYRD’S preferred vendor Republic Waste.

  • What are the HVAC system Requirements?

    You are required to establish a 2x per year Preventative Maintenance contract for the HVAC system (per your lease):

    Must be a licensed HVAC contractor

    Please provide a copy of your PM contract once established but no later than 30-days from your commencement date

  • What to do in severe weather?

    In the event of severe weather all tenants are referred to the National Weather Service Guidelines for each occurrence type.
