A few months after purchasing the property several tenants in buildings 3 & 4 had expressed serious concern over leaks coming from the ceiling of their office or warehouse space. Property management had each roof inspected and found there was a need to have them replaced. In the Fall of 2018, the roof on building 3 was replaced and in the Spring of 2019 the roof on building 4 was replaced.
In late Spring of 2018, a property inspection revealed that the fence behind buildings 1 & 3 which separates Byrd Center from the residential neighborhood needed to be replaced. The removal and replacement of the 10’ high fence was completed in the Fall of 2018.
